Champagne Baron De Villeboerg Brut – 75cl
This is a delicious and easy drinking Champagne. In the early 20th century, the Baron of Villeboerg, a wealthy Englishman, bet fifteen thousand pounds that he could travel around the world in eighty days. It cost the Baron a thousand adventures to win the race against the clock. Nevertheless, one of these adventures kept him in France. He took delight in discovering the diversity of France’s landscapes and the grandeur of its colorful perfectly aligned vines. He settled on a beautiful estate in the Arce Valley and created his own champagne. The baron was unable to complete the challenge in time and hit the road a few years later giving France his range of Baron de Villeboerg champagnes. BLEND: Majority of pinot noir from several harvests. WINEMAKING PROCESS: Vinification in thermo-regulated stain less steel vats. Partial malolactic fermentation.
