A Pair Of Edwardian Amethyst And Pearl Drop Earrings

A very pretty pair of Edwardian amethyst, pearl and diamond drop earrings. Each earring features a pear-shaped amethyst estimated to weigh 8 carats for the pair, suspended by a run set with three small natural pearls alternating with three rose-cut diamonds, all mounted in platinum and gold, to gold hook fittings. A very pretty pair of antique earrings, with a subtle drop of diamonds and natural pearls, the combination of which is typical of the Edwardian era.
