Vintage 18ct Gold and Iron Bangle by Angela Cummings for Tiffany & Co.

A wonderfully graphic, rare and collectible cuff from Tiffany & Co and renowned designer Angela Cummings. This design was featured in the Tiffany Blue Book and was part of Angela Cummings’ €˜Damascene€™ collection, which featured inlaid mixed metals. Damascene was inspired by the inlaid gold and ironwork of the Japanese shakudo tradition. Designed as open cuff of brown lacquered iron inlaid with an optical checkerboard pattern of gold and lined in gold. Signed and Numbered. Joanna Hardy says: €œAngela Cummings is a renowned designer for Tiffany & Co. These geometric designs became a part of her signature.€
